    2015 W00tstout -- amazingly delicious. Also watching some Canadian football, Blue Bombers vs BC Lions. I'm torn: I'm near Seattle, so I want to root for BC. But -- the logo and colors of the Blue Bombers are so, so reminiscent of my Washington Huskies, whom I have to wait another month and a half to see. Decisions!

    Hops, sours, citrus, lactose sweetness and super creaminess. Oh, LEMONS. Seems to have changed since the first time I had it (several years ago) but the sour mash really makes this beer work for me. Lemon Cello works well as a late night summer beer.

    I was at Giant's AT&T ballpark… was $10.50 for Coors Light… pretty sure it wasn't 12oz. Opted for Lagunita's IPA for $11.50/under12oz cup. Ohh well…. what am I going to do? Not get a beer??

    Whatever was going on with this beer in the beginning seems to be getting cleaned up very quickly. It's tasting very nice right now. I will sit on my other bottle for another few months or so, and hopefully it will be totally dialed in.
