    The GF enjoying some GF Sculpin (she says that means they are all hers), thinking about 7/15 can date. I was in the mood for something a little lighter. Taste tested the Sculpin - still a mystery beer for me, as I really enjoyed on occasion, but more often - like today - it eludes me a bit.

    I got this in Asheville a few weeks ago. It's canned 07/15. I'm in Hickory, though, and we get it often.

    Incredible! TH never disappoints! Not sure of the canning date. I highly recommend going after their stuff.

    Carried it around to check out the pond now that we had a bit of rain. Being a city boy I don't have the balls to wander around and check out all the noises I hear at night but I did find and learn about some interesting things.
    Turns out these are not under water wasp hives:

    Bryozoa. They are actually animals.

    Another big on in the corner and a rather large fish that was to fast to get a look at. Possibly a koi.

    One of the 2 snapping turtles that I am aware of. I wish I had some scale to show how big they are. This one's head is as big as a baseball.

    You're a lucky person to have regular access to that. It is a rare beer here that I enjoy too infrequently.
