Any actual critiques? Or just "your beer is shit"? As the brewer at said "Weak Sauce Brewery", I thought the event went well, since i left with empty kegs and was only told good things (to my face) about the beers I brought. I would have loved to receive actual critiques; i.e. too malty, too bitter, too sweet, off flavors present, or not the right yeast character etc. I always find it hard to give any brewery a fair judging at a festival after drinking tons of samples of beer, especially palate wreckers like JuJu and the 50+ other DIPAs at the event. I will say that each batch we put out improves upon the prior, which is something everyone should strive for in whatever their passion/job is. As any brewer will tell you, you can't please everyone. PS - no offense was meant in the making of the post, just trying to get actual feedback….

 

I can attest to the amazing building and great atmosphere. My friend and I shared two different pizzas and they were incredible.

 

I had the DIPA last night - it was excellent, as usual!

I had their pizza for the first time - very good! DIPA + pizza + good radio = happy customer here..
