I have a feeling Ninkasi is going the way of Funkwerks - DFW only for now. They were picked up by Andrews in DFW.

 

They self distribute I believe. But, don't expect cans anytime soon.

 

I hear they dry hopped it with Lubys biscuits and gravy.
