Night cap with "Up The Creek", a malt forward DIPA from Thomas Creek Brewery, Greenville, SC at 12.5% - this is my last one and I've had it in the fridge at least a year. Sticky sweet caramel malt now. Cheers!

Its not bad. I'm finding the flavor a bit more subdued than i remember. I think i prefer this one fresh.

Flew into Boston Logan and had to make a pit stop at Trilllium (it's 5 minutes from the airport!). I'd had small tastes of their stuff and knew it was good, but I have to say I was really kind of floored at how amazing everything I got there was (Ft. Point, Congress St. and Vicinity). I bought a ridiculous quantity thinking I'd have lots to bring home, but not much made the trip back! Boston may be a good place to relocate to sometime very soon!
I'm drinking a Vicinity now that I'm going to attribute to @twizzard because I had a box from him waiting for me when I got home with a Vicinity in it. Far from being disappointed because I'd just brought some home, I was thrilled to have another one in my fridge!
Here's a much nicer pic than I can take in my dark condo snapped at the lake.

    Reviews:

Solid spiced wheat. Aromas and flavors of lemon, pear, apple, wheat, cracker, toasted biscuit, herbal, grass, pepper, and yeast earthiness. Moderate earthy/spice bitter finish; with well balanced malt, lemon/peppery spice, and fruity yeast notes. Smooth and crisp finish with moderate creaminess and spice stickiness in the mouthfeel. Kind of interesting, definitely get kolsch yeast character with darker malt notes of vienna and munich which was unique. Not bad. The other reviews said something about lemon pledge, but definitely not with this batch. Pretty restrained on the lemon character, but feels more like a bit of a darker kolsch of sorts.

This was outstanding. Aromas and flavors of big sweet/tart black cherry, plum, currant, green apple, red grape, light cider vinegar, brown sugar, toasted oak, light pepper/funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate tart/spicy finish; with balanced fruit, yeast, and oak flavors. Really well balanced acidity in the mouthfeel; very smooth. Overall this is a fantastic example of a young kriekenlambik. Definitely a great amount of complexity currently present from spontaneous fermentation. The big funky complexity is not yet fully developed(like in an Oude), but the suggestions are there.

A good roastier dunkelweizen. Made sure to roll the whole bottle to dislodge the sediment. Aromas and flavors of big banana, bubblegum, pear, apple, clove, chocolate, cocoa, toast, dark bread, and some herbal hop/yeast earthiness. Light-moderate spicy yeast finish, with light wheat tartness. Smooth and creamy finish; moderately carbonated. Good dark/bready malt and fruity yeast flavor balance. This grew on me through the glass. A good example of the style with a good portion of darker malts than would traditionally be used, but isn't too roasty (stout level) or anything. Really tasty.
