Do you ever include nonbeer extras?

    Just received a great trade box and I had asked if person could track down a hot sauce my brother had sent from out west( and ran out ) was available and able to send with the beer in trade. Not only did trader send requested hot sauce but a bunch of others too. Pretty excited at this. Does anyone else send niche items only available to your area along with your beer trade ? I know in Buffalo NY area that sponge candy , Webers mustard , Anchor bar chicken wing sauce are a couple of sought after items for Buffalo native people who have lived here , moved and then return to visit. They pick up these things to take back home. Just throwing this idea out there to expand your trades a bit. Throw in a neat item or two from your area. Cheers

    I've recieved stickers, sometimes I send out a little 50mL bottle of vt maple syrup.

    I like this idea! I throw in coasters and empty 4 or 6 pack holders (ex zombie dust 6 pack or NG thumbprint 4packs) every once in a while, but maybe I'll throw in some new stuff going forward

    It's the strangest thing.

    People send me really unusual extras like loose change, rice, and beans. I mean, I know trading beer is expensive, but do I look like I'm starving?

    YES sponge candy, Dad just had to go back to Buffalo for business and brought back a few boxes from Fowlers. Thank god for Wegmans down here in VA I can still get my Webers, Sahlens and Anchor bar sauces.

    That's very thoughtful. I've received a box of couscous and a box of Rice-a-Roni on two separate occasions.

    I received Slim Jim's,Swedish Fish,seasonings,Mike and Ikes,Bud BBQ sauce,biscottis,Jasmine tea,old gum,M&M's and some other stuff from @bevoduz. At first I was scratching my head but the more shit I was finding made me lol and love it. That BBQ sauce was amazing and I always welcome Swedish Fish!:slight_smile:

    I occasionally throw in a vial of utopias as an extra and will include a utopias infused cigar as well

    I enjoy receiving local treats and/or glassware as extras. Also tend to send them as extras frequently as well.

    I've sent local bbq sauce, candy, hot sauce, chips, shirts, cheese, and once sent a snow globe with the St Louis arch in it (it was like $3 at the gas station and I thought it would be funny since it was the holiday season)
