Poll: How much beer do you drink in a week?

Average a month is 4-5 beers a week for 3 weeks and around 7-10 the remaining week.

 

I'd say I average about 20 oz. per day, all things considered.

 

I answered 22-28. My typical beer intake is:

Mon: 0
Tues: 0
Wed: 2 (sometimes 0, sometimes up 4)
Thurs: 4-6
Fri: 6-8 (Wife, Brother, and I typically do a 4 bomber tasting + a couple filler beers)
Sat: 6-ish
Sun: 2 (sometimes 0, sometimes up 4)

 

Typically 2 per night but sometimes 1, sometimes 3.

 

One or two on a normal weeknight, but typically a couple more on the weekends

 

I'm in college, so in the fall... probably like 40. Go Buckeyes

Obviously we're not really taking ABV into account here, but that said:

Monday/Tuesday: 0
Wednesday: 1
Thursday: 2-3
Friday: 4-6
Saturday: 4-6
Sunday: 1-2

 

1-2 a night, probably more in Martinis.

 

As far as the poll options go, I'm hovering between the 1-6 and 7-14 ranges... which one I'm closer to depends on the week. I'm guessing the actual range for me is something more like 3 to 10 beers per week?

 

When I'm not meeting with my tasting group I usually hit 6-8 total for Sat-Sun. If I can mail it in at the office on a Friday I will throw back 3-4 on a thirsty Thursday night.

 

I'm soooo glad I'm not alone in this....

Haha, I know what you mean. Today was one of those days. There was an opportunity for a free beer at lunch but that didn't stop my from having my usual one beer after dinner tonight.

 

Its a little less for me in the summer. I train and compete, hike, bike and fish and ride motorcycles
0-4 monday through thursday
2-6 friday through sunday

Fall, Winter aka (Hockey-Football, hunting, drinking seasons)
2-10 monday through thursday
3- 15 Friday saturday sunday

 

I drink a lot when I am back in Michigan for the summer (working on my growler of Bell's Wild One currently), not nearly as much when I'm back in Shanghai.

 

M-Th =zero. Those are gym days. Weekends have less guilt and helps keep the weight off.

As stated by others...The ABV changes everything

F- 5 or so IPA hanging outside with my wife

Sat- 6-8 Mich Ultra to stay hydrated while doing yard work and then 3-5 crafts while BBQ, eating and swimming.

Sun- 5-7 crafts.

This is the normal summer schedule. Sat and Sun might switch if we head out for a few pints and fun.
