Tommy, you will probably know this. When/why did voodoo change pilzilla to kilapilz? Did they change the recipe?

 

Wasn't it in regards to Godzilla? I may be making things up, but I swear I read they copyrighted/trademarked anything with zilla on the end of it though that seems far fetched.

Let's start with the good news, @Summer78 dropped a bomb on my doorstep. So much good stuff in here, super excited for the Rare Barrel and tons of fresh hops too. Thanks man!



Unfortunately the box from @Stinger80OH did not fair quite as well, it looks like the White Rajah, which I love had its cap come undone in transit, perfuming the box with a nice midwestern hop character. Flat on opening. The next tragedy was self inflicted, was using my trusty pocket knife to clear off his well packed can and pop out comes spewing beer. Luckily I got the rest of the wrapper off and poured into my cup. Threw it in the freezer and enjoyed the beer, obviously. Cool local Saison that I am not familiar with.

 

Nice box of Midwest brews from @Stinger80OH landed today. My box made it in one piece too!



Definitely excited about that Blot out the Sun. Need it!

 

@concealed. Sorry to hear about the White Rajah. Ive never had that happen before. Hopefully the Platform drank well. Its a new fave on the local Cleveland beer scene. The Rockmill stuff is always pretty good!
