    I hope you have time to sample all the area has to offer. We spent ten days recently and hit all of the breweries in Portland and a few in other spots as well, plus the great food that's available. Nice pic - beautiful scene.

    You are actually incorrect on the aging. I bought a few 4s of 2012 in January and thought it was magical and then I had a 2015 and I thought it wasn't even the same beer. I'm aging the other 3.

    Noted for the future. I'm nearing the end of the bottle and feel like it's gotten considerably better as it's approached room temperature, but I'd rather not do the whole "influenced by alcohol" rating change.

    I wish I actually kept this one cellared like I initially planned. Oh well.
