    Definitely looking forward to this. One of the most consistent and widely available breweries out there. Love me some victory.

    William Reed, who not only is the co-owner of Standard Tap and Johnny Brenda's in Philly, but has been a professional brewer at various venues in Philly going back to the 80's, is collaborating with Victory on brewing this very special bourbon barrel aged espresso-infused stout beer. I believe it will have been barrel-aged for over six months before it's released around the Thanksgiving time frame. It should be another "winner" like Earth & Flame last year.

    I must be more susceptible to markenting that I'd like to think because using Java in the name sounds better to me. :grinning:

    The label makes me think this is a similar recipe to Deep Cocoa... is it? Hopefully not. That was a pretty forgettable beer.

    The PA BBA imperial coffee stout arms race has commenced and we're all the beneficiaries. It'll be hard to top SMS for me though. I'm happy to allow Victory to try.
