So I've seen plenty of threads about favorite hops and what not, but haven't seen a poll with a variety of choices of everyone's favorite hop that is used commonly in IPAs. If I missed an existing thread, I humbly apologize.

So vote your favorite hop and say why and if you're an overachiever, name a favorite beer that features that hop.

For me, its Amarillo for its delightful aroma and citrusy/tropical characteristics.

I'm absolutely torn between Citra, Mosaic and Galaxy. Had to go with Citra as it's in all of my favorite IPAs

Amarillo for me too. When you stick your nose in a bag of Amarillo pellets there's this sweetness that other hops don't have. Love it. Honorable mention goes to Galaxy.

I love British pales, so Fuggles is my vote. Nelson Sauvin for American IPAs.

    El Dorado, hands down.

Tiny Beautiful Something is a perfect showcase for this hop, it reminds me of the best of mosaic and the orange citrus of cascade/amarillo. It truly is a tiny beautiful something.

Lumme some Citra, but I almost said Galaxy. They have this indescribable sort of "sparkle"...recently Boulevard's The Calling reminded me of Galaxy's deliciousness.

Had to say Mosiac but Simcoe would be a close second.

I'm a Mosaic/Citra guy, but I will say that I like to see Ella popping into IPAs and pales more often these days. A nice change of pace with that little spice/anise kick.

Galaxy, though mixing of Mosiac & Citra tends to give me a hop boner.

Still love Cascade. Mosaic & Galaxy are hot right now, but I like them better in non-IPA beers.
