Speaking of rules. Does anyone know what page the rules for this BIF are posted on? I would like to verify a couple things. Either way I am just going to have to blow the figurative shit out of a porch here to live up to this group and this "Florida Reputation" that those who have come before me have paved so carefully...

Quick question before we get too into the discussion on this BIF. How hard is it to obtain Abraxas (I'm looking for a couple for a big side-by-side tasting of spiced stouts)? How about Sump (simply because I want that one)? Is this a once a year release?

Abraxas is pretty close to 1:1 with Huna, it's definitey harder to obtain than Sump. At least in Chicago.

 

Yeah, this is correct. By pure accident, I got my fiancé flowers and a house on the anniversary of our first date Gotta buy a vacation home next year or I'm in trouble.

 

I tried an Abraxas plus six OTWOA (easy get for me) for a Huna. Abraxas and Sump are both released more than once a year, but there just aren't near enough bottles to meet demand. The last time I saw an Abraxas keg in MD, some guys came to the bar early in the day and drank down the whole keg mostly by themselves.

Content Hint #1 (and box hint #2) Your wants are slightly out of date... But it appears you like fruited sours (among other things). Like this post and I'll include a very recently released barrel-aged sour from a state neighboring mine... Better yet, do nothing and I'll include the bottle. The only way you're not getting it is if you explicitly say "no"...

It's my twelfth wedding anniversary today these are the choices for my wife to choose from, she wanted a BA stout so which will she choose? I'm downstairs staring at these while she finishes putting our youngest to be and damn I'm thirsty!
