    Figured start a clean one since the MD for DQ thread is all over the place with pretty much everything but completed trades haha.

    Closed pre-trades I am aware of

    Assassin + VR for MD 2:1
    VSB for MD 1:1 (done a few times now I believe)
    KBBS for 2x MD 1:2
    A&T + St Lam for MD 2:1
    Peach Bu for Chalice tasting glass

    That last one was me and it was Peach Bu for chalice. Basis of the trade was A&T + St Lam for MD.

    While I wouldn't say they're completed yet, they are locked in.

    One MD was part of a larger trade: MD+BADL+BBBB+Vintage '14+Framrood : Blåbær+50n4e

    The other is going international for OGV '09+Fou '15+LPF+(either another OGV '09 or De Cam Special Lambiek).

    I keep making the mistake of saying that I traded my MD for Derivation 1 & 2. Eyes go BIG. I get amazed looks & I'm never sure if people admire my bargaining prowess or deplore my ethics.

    It's nothing like that. I'm thrilled to have found someone willing to trade me the D1&2. I'm only trying to explain that my MD has already been promised, not that I leveraged it into a gajillion dollar lottery W*I*N.

    Some people are amazed at the beer I'm giving up. Others are stunned that I'm getting D1&2. I'm gonna miss those beers, no surprises there, but I'm very, very happy I'll have the opportunity to actually try the acclaimed & elusive Derivations.

    Not sure if the first close deal listed was mine listed is mine; but I closed a deal MD for Assassin + VR.

    Yeah, it is. Doesn't concern me personally since I don't put a ton of stock into that whole thing (I've heard multiple varying accounts on either side), but I guess I'll find out for myself.

    You're right, though, considering the drastically different trade values of the '13 vs. other years, it is worth noting.

    I've heard the same. I had 13 fresh but have not had it since. i would bet that it has aged into something quite nice. i have been ISO of a '13 but not quite sure what they go for
