    Brewers I trust enough to buy a whole case without any foreknowledge (ok I'm a fanboy):
    -Struise

    Brewers I trust enough to buy at least one beer without any foreknowledge:
    -Mikkeller
    -To Øl
    -De Molen
    -Cantillon
    -Dogfish Head (despite the fact that some of their beers are serious "misses" for me, they have earned it)
    -Dieu du Ciel
    -Eviltwin
    -Founders
    -Cigar City

    Since I am in Florida I have very low exposure to some well respected brewers. I'm sure these would be on the list if I could drink them more often, such as 3 Floyds, Russian River, Hill Farmstead, and others.

    I'd try just about anything from Sierra Nevada, Founders, Stone, or Sixpoint without hesitation.

    Not sure if I can answer this, but I know that everything I have had from Rare Barrel, Craftsman, Crooked Stave, Almanac, and Jolly Pumpkin I have enjoyed. I would probably be happy trying anything released from them.

    Struise Brouwers are by far my favourite brewery. I never had a beer I don't like from those guys.

    Also if not $12 a six pack around here for mostly mediocre Sam Adams i would buy a lot from them. Just won't spend that much on hit or miss chances

    Maybe a lot lol but i do enjoy my locals.

    I'm surprised no one has mentioned Odell yet... So let me be the first to say Odell.
    They may not hit all points on every style, but every style they've made has been something I have enjoyed.


    Will always blindly buy Odell releases!
