    Stout season is calling today as we struggle to hit 70 degrees with strong north winds coming off the lake. Looking and feeling like late September. Going to sip on this out on the patio with my girl Payton who is celebrating 10 years here today. Fitting number for today's thread as she was named after Chicago Bears great Walter Payton. It seems like just yesterday she was a five pound fur ball! She's had a rough year with major knee surgery, but was released by the vet on Saturday from restricted activity.

    Whew!! It's a Stone beer for sure. In your face. A little rough truthfully. Stings the nostrils a bit. I still like it. Mango and pineapple start to work their way through at the end. Nice finish. Guessing it will improve a lot as it warms.

    Thank you! :slight_smile: That's the same dog that has an appointment with the groomer tomorrow. Restrictions have kept her from getting needed haircuts among other things. :astonished:
