Tree House Brewing Co. (August 2015)

I showed up just before 7 to pick up some cans. Getting the cans was quick and simple as always and staff was super friendly. Getting to and from the can line on the other hand was a little difficult. People waiting for growlers need to be a little more considerate to people walking to and from the can line. It was a beautiful night out, so not sure why everyone was huddled inside. I saw multiple people, including myself struggle to get out of the building and with the boxes a little moist with condensation, I am surprised none of my prized possession took a tumble. Even when some people would say excuse me, people wouldn't move..End of the day, we are all there to enjoy awesome beer, but try to be a little more considerate as others go and get their cans.

 

Looks like they are holding the limits at 6pp but removed the number of Good Morning fills left (still 1pp per day).

A separate entrance for cans would be nice. On crazy nights, it's also a little tricky to hand in your slip or hear numbers being called out. A loudspeaker for in/outside or a "now serving" sign might work. They do an awesome job and keep the vibe cool, but a couple tweaks would be good.

Anyone know what the plans are for the old red building? Would be cool if they used that for can sales and samples. But might be tough for them to get the product from the canning line out there when it's busy.

 

I think it's going to be used for a sample room and maybe the occasional guitar jam session like they did when the building was across the street.

 

Haha I was thinking the exact same thing last night concerning how great a loud speaker / electronic serving sign would be.

When I was there in June, the nice older lady (it's someone's mom, but I can't remember whose) at the can table said the plan is to use the old red building for "retail". I think she meant merch.

 

I couldn't resist.

 

Just a note but cans are reduced to 4pp. Looks like cans should be available for at least part of the day Saturday.

i got there at 3 yesterday - was out by 5:15 however they opened up an hour early.

 

Anyone have an update on line?

 

Just passed in my ticket around 5:20. I'm ~#150 and they're on #90. I guess they opened at 4:30 today. Not bad.
