    Big Eye
    Two Hearted

I just rotate through those depending on freshness. STONE is the most reliable though for freshness, so I tend to buy a lot of Stone brewery beers in general. It makes me quite happy they are so pro-active with the freshness aspect.

Sculpin is very consistent along with torpedo. Westbrook and Compass Rose have been real popular in my fridge.

Sierra Nevada Hoptimum and Epic Brewing Elevated Series Imperial IPA, probably the only two I consistently enjoy be it fresh or with age on it. (And agree with so many prior to this, Two Hearted holds its own over time as well.) At least for me, those three beers also maintain their character quite well even with a change in palate, I know what to expect and they always deliver.

That I have easy access to... RPM, Fresh Squeezed, Sculpin, and the Knee Deep offerings. I pick these up on a regular basis, and they always hit the spot.

When I get Jai Alai via trade, I've never had one disappoint me in the slightest.
