    In all honest
This sounds like a WAY better option than camping out all night in front of Bagby's...

I would agree. Wish we wouldn't have quoted that post, though.

I'm going to Bagby's and Beachwood!

Er, I have a ticket for Bagby's as a backup, but, fuck, I'm going to try for Beachwood, too. I'd rather go to Beachwood.

Why? St Lam? Food? Just curious, because I'm thinking about just doing Bagby in this case.

I guess I can tell the truth now about Bagby's...

They were selling 100 tickets. They had a total of about 75 people there. The common folks could buy pours of Zwanze and the other Cantillons later in the day. I saw them update something at 6PM saying they still had pours to sell. It was ridiculous how few people were there.

St Lam, more pours. Although I don't think I want 8 oz of Zwanze, either.

I may be mistaken but I feel as though they're pouring one or two more beers than last year. Can't quite remember. Also, I don't believe there was a souvenir glass to take home. Definitely a bit higher but I don't find it unreasonable for 33oz of amazing beer and a beachwood buffet.

    Beachwood BBQ Zwanze Day 2014
Beachwood BBQ is thrilled to be participating in Zwanze Day 2014. An honor to be selected, we gather in Seal Beach to celebrate this wonderful, rare beer by the legendary Brasserie Cantillon.

Zwanze Day is an international, simultaneous tapping of a one-off Cantillon abbey-style beer that visits only 52 locations around the United States, Canada, Europe, and Asia. One of Belgium's finest breweries, these highly sought-after beers have become increasingly hard to find. Zwanze 2014 is a new version of "Cuvée Florian", which was a gift from Cantillon Brewer and Blender Jean Van Roy to his son Florian for his 18th birthday.

In order to ensure that guests are able to enjoy this unique international event in comfort, we are offering a limited number of tickets for two separate sessions, breakfast and lunch. Cost per session is $50.
