    Gin and hops works sooooo well together. Smuggler's Notch in VT makes a phenomenal hopped Gin as well.

    A mostly cloudy but very pleasant day that included a fast morning run and very slow dog walk. Harvest time is here producing something from the garden daily. I should have enough of these in another day or two for a big pan of eggplant parm. I'm going to sip on this beer and watch the daily hummingbird show on the patio.

    Drinking this on tap right now at Saison, Terminal C, Newark Airport. God bless the shift toward good beer bars popping up at US airports. Going full circle to write a review for this beer that I first had back in May while in the exact same seat.
