    After the improper glassware last night, decided to be more proper today. May even drink this with my pinky out :rolling_eyes::

    This is tasting soooo good today. Bourbon and wood is in the fore with the chocolate-coffee backing it nicely, including a little chalky-smooth :astonished: feel that sounds like it should be... bad? ...but it isn't.

    Know it's too early for a cat pic, but the girl cat is very non-photogenic, and she hopped into the frame on her own, so lucky you :rolling_eyes:. She also sorta frames the bottle - so it's art!

    Oooh, art! :-) You're not kidding, it's neat the that way she appears to be the missing puzzle piece to the side of the bottle. 100% get you on 'chalky-smooth' - always sounds bad, rarely is bad.

    Seems to fit just right with a lazy Saturday morning. I love the few beers I've had from this brewery and this beer is no exception. Flavors mesh so well together and gin balances out the tartness.

    Good to see someone is out their riding. I feel real guilty as the normal race I run is today and I am a little too heavy to race in today's heat. I vow to do better.

    I picked up this bad boy on my recent trip to Atlanta. Was recommended by the Hop City Craft Beer and Wine Shop and for good reason. Really good barley wine beer.

    ...an Avery BA Sour! :wink::astonished: I had remembered liking this one the least out of them all, which still rings true now. It is by far the most complex in the series & perhaps objectively the most impressive - just not quite what I want in a Sour on several subjective levels. Meh, still enjoying it :slight_smile:
