May as well kick this off

I am enjoying a pre dinner Wychwood Hobgoblin based beer, although this is a bit stronger and has a fair bit more styrian goldings character

Still dutifully trying to empty my Passion Fruit DPA, so I can put my Sour Cherry Chocolate Stout on tap. The wife thinks it's too bitter, so I'm having to go it alone. Such an arduous life I lead

I came here to start this thread, but @Hanglow beat me to it. That's what I get for living so many time zones away from Greenwich. Still, perhaps it is a appropriate that I tapped into my dark mild when I got home from work today. It won't be winning any awards, but it is drinkable. A little murky, as the first few drafts of a keg tend to be. It lacks yeast character, which perhaps I can attribute to Mangrove Jack's (Newcastle) Dark strain. Would have been better with Windsor, West Yorkshire, or even 1968. Still, it has that note of chocolate that I always look for in a brown, so it is not a complete disappointment. I've got better things to do than take pictures of beer, so use your damn imagination!

Dug up a bottle of peach wit from this spring. The peach seems to be moving to the front while the citrus and corriander have faded. Good drinking while this starter boils away.

Drinking a Crystal/First Gold hopped Belgian with Ardennes yeast. Pretty happy with the result. First Gold is orangey, mild floral and slightly herbal. It tastes good in this type of beer. Using it for a citrus bomb IPA would likely disappoint.

    0.5 Summit
    2.5oz Crystal
    4oz First Gold
    kettle hops only

72ibu drinking like 50ibu with plenty of flavor and moderate aroma

Great beer my friend, really enjoying it!

Edit: Sorry for the terrible camera angle, I know it should have been 45 degrees right.

I am drinking the ordinary bitter I brewed with First Gold and I am loving that hop. Great orange/tangerine flavor working with some slightly grassy/herbal flavors. I have to say that this is quickly becoming one of my favorite hops, I will definitely be using it again.

Found the remainder of a keg of the AP Stout, been drinking the hell out of it the last couple days, reminds me an export stout since the hops have completely faded but there is still a fruitiness tucked in there. Still pleasantly surprised how well this beer turned out.

A keg of mimosa/breakfast beer with 3522 that just carbed up, I'll absolutely be making this again! And unfortunately a batch of experimental beer that is kinda gross, I'm not going to be sharing these or making again:flushed:

It's hot as hell out, got a lot of yard work done, and now I'm drinking the last of my Berliner weisse beers. It's going down way too easy!

[IMG] Pale ale, based on the @JohnSnowNW recipe. Bottled 20 days ago. Tasting great, despite scorching the priming sugar
Looking forward to brewing this again with better technique.

My son's dark Saison. It's a porter recipe with half the batch getting Saisonstein's Monster and half getting S-04. I was co-brewer on the batch, but this is most assuredly his beer, and it's a good one too.

Drinking @CurtFromHershey 's Nelson, Citra, and Centennial IPA, and harvesting some hops! The IPA is delicious, and the hops smell awesome!

Calling this one "The Iris" as it was inspired by Societe's The Pupil. Nelson, Citra, and Centennial. My favorite homebrew and the only one I've brewed multiple times.
