Prairie BOMB! or it's variants. Such a big, strong ale with powerful coffee and tannins - one 12oz can last an hour or more for sure.

You mean you didn't take the Chocolate Rain to the face in an hour like I did last year?!

I thought I was going to die.

Weird enough, it took me an hour to drink a Habanero Sculpin. And it got better as it warmed.

As for stouts and such, I also like to sip a bourbon barrel aged stout at a cold temperature and let it warm to see how it evolves over about 30 minutes or so.

I felt like I did. I was supposed to split the 750 and then my brother decided that he didn't want any after I opened the bottle...And I was already 3-4 beers deep at that time.

That next morning was..interesting to say the least.

I like spice too, but I really wanted to see how the habanero peppers evolved over time.

Brooklyn Black Chocolate or Zywiec Porter for me. The former, just a great thick RIS to sip on for an hour or so and see how the taste evolves as it warms. The latter, its a pint of almost 10% beer, delicious but need to take your time :stuck_out_tongue:
