I haven't seen anything on this so I'm posting it up. You can check either of their Twitter accounts. Both these guys are phenomenal. I can't even imagine what a collaboration would be like.

Not sure if it's society only or not yet.

Neither of the tweets gave further info. Let me see if I can pull up a general link.

I hope Jester King sells some of it.

Unfortunately, they can't, since The Bruery brewed it out in California.

Thanks TABC and goofy Texas liquor laws.

Jester King will not be able to distribute. It is a society beer, however it will see limited distribution (not sure what that means). I believe there are 800 cases that will be available for sale (750 mL). Hope this helps, I am in one of the Bruery Societies and this information just became available. Should release either in September or October.

"Imperial Cabinet is a 8.3 percent ABV American wild ale brewed with a multitude of ingredients: juniper berries, rosemary, cubeb pepper and lavender was added during brewing, while lime, lemon and orange zests, vanilla beans and orange blossom extracts were added while the beer aged in wine barrels for 10 months.

According to Benjamin Weiss, sales and marketing manager for The Bruery , the beer is intended to replicate the flavor of the classic New Orleans cocktail known as a Ramos Gin Fizz, which was invented in the 1880s."

My concern isn't the quality...it's the price. The Bruery and Jester King? Watch out.

For the society members, if you live out of state from California, and your a society member, are they able to ship all the way to Chicago?

Possibly a dumb question, I just want to know before I commit to becoming a society member

The RS and HS booklet at the beginning of the year labeled it as a general release. Not a society exclusive.
