The wife and I went to Saratoga Springs & Vermont for our anniversary. Just got home last night to a LIF box from BlastBeats. Thanks to Evan for an amazing box!

Here's the stuff picked up on vacation. A few beers in there that we can get at home, but that the wife demanded I buy (how can you argue when you spend your anniversary going to the horse track and breweries) or that were way cheaper than at home (Jolly Pumpkin).

I want to send a huge thanks to Aaron (laymansbeerfan) for hooking me up with this great box! I posted a comment in the Syx thread that I'd love to get a bottle if anybody was interested in working out a trade. I got a few responses, but wasn't able to work out a deal. Then I get a message from Aaron saying he has a spare, and just send whatever I think is fair. That was all we agreed to and he drops this box of awesomeness on my porch. In my opinion, he really personifies what being a true BA is all about. Thanks again man, can't wait to try everything, especially the Flat Earth Cygnus. Well, I'm excited for everything, but the other beers don't have a cool song to go along with them...

A great box showed up a couple days ago thanks to HuskyinPDX. Absolutely love Moscow so I am excited to be able to lay a few down to see how it changes with age.

Maybe, who knows. And your right, at least they are trying with the sticker. I bet UPS and FedEx get a kick out of seeing those stickers too...

My first bottle of Cygnus X-1 was infected (and delicious btw). Be careful if you don't know the year it was bottled...it opened like a geyser!

This haul consists of two trades that I received last week, and includes a 4-pk of Ten Fidy that I bought. Thanks to fo1ksguitar for the four to the left of the Ten Fidy where the Parabola was the agreed trade. Thanks to danedelman for the five to the right of the Ten Fidy. The Sour Black and Vigneronne were the agreed trade and the other three were extras (including the 375 mL Fou' Foune!!!)

The above is the result of two trades (one IP) with PDR84. Many thanks Phil.

While I was in northern KY, I made the best of business trip by picking up 4 FFF Arctic Panzer Wolfs, 3 GI Lolitas, and a Boon Kriek. I couldn't believe I found Lolita just sitting on shelves.

Was that Fou' hand bottled or something? 12 oz. bottle with a silver cap looks way too odd to me. I'm used to seeing it as:

You make a good point and I thought it odd too that there is not cork in the bottle. The label says 1 pt 9.4 fl. oz. (750 mL) too so it has to be something other than a shelf Fou' Foune. I guess I'll just have to wait and see when I open the bottle.
