    These fucking things never go smoothly - there is plenty of evidence out there that demand for these things always outweighs the server capabilities, or whatever the techno mumbo jumbo jargon is. No excuse for this any more!

    Its not. It comes down to a lack of testing prior to the tickets going live and server capabilities with being able to handle incoming traffic and not crashing.
