This weekend I had the chance to go (way) up to Littleton, NH and visit Schilling. It was worth the trip and worth the time for me to share with folks here.

I had the Belgian Dark, the Belgian Dubbel, and the Dunkel. All three were (imho) great representations of the styles. Plus a shutout to the bartending staff that were knowledgeable and - while busy - still took the time to make a guy feel at home. Thank you.

I don't think they distribute yet so I probably won't get to try them again for a bit. I'm still wishing them all sorts of success!

If anybody makes it that far north, check out Kingdom Taproom in St Johnsbury VT. Amazing lineups, typically at least a few HF beers on tap. Great food and chill vibe.

Also check out Chutters, an amazing candy store in Littleton.

    Absolutely love it up there!

Schilling is frequently on tap at Publick House, too.

Schilling is periodically available (i.e. when they have beer to distro) at Blackback Pub in Waterbury, VT; Armsby Abbey in Worcester, MA; and as mentioned, at Publick House in Brookline. They brew on a 5-bbl system, have maxed out fermentation space in their converted grist mill building, and sell pints/growlers out of the brewery (with food). That pretty much does it for their beer supply.

I second all of this and add that the pizza is excellent as well. Great place.
