I was wondering what brewery is that? Have seen many photos of the labels that look just like yours, and I have no clue...

Have you tried the Rochester Mills BBA Stout? Had it when I was in Michigan last month, it was great!

I was pleasantly surprised at this one too! I think the overall ratings should be higher for this one.

I should hopefully be getting some of that soon, can't wait to try it. My store friends hooked me up with that can, and he is supposed to be getting more sample cans including BBA Milkshake in the next couple weeks.

Enjoying the close football game and glad Peyton is coming through for the fantasy team a little better this week.

I bought two of these about a month ago and have been waiting on the first until the mood struck. Today was the day. Jet black pour with one finger of brown head, but little lacing. Aroma is much more subdued than I expected with that ingredient list. I get mostly roasted malts, chocolate, and cayenne. Flavor is much more complex. I get roasted malts and chocolate first. Then on the swallow, the anise and spices come through. Finally, a very slight lingering heat. Delicious!

    Cheers to Friday everyone!

Same as last night, opening with a Bells Best Brown and finishing with a Lagunitas Pils.

Savan, sorry I couldn’t get to your question before the other thread was closed. Lagunitas Pils reminds me of Pilsner Urquell but only more mild in taste which is surprising since it has a higher abv. Can’t say about Summit as I haven’t had it.

Hey BA's! A bit after 11 here in NOVA & I'm keeping it Starr Hill ...I bought a mix-12 after work today with a couple varieties I'd never tried. Seemed like a good-enough theme -

This was just a little while earlier:

Oh man, GORGEOUS bass, love the flamed spalted maple too! Our bass player has a pretty impressive collection himself and has as Roscoe also, the thing sounds amazing. Bartolini pickups too - right? Sharing in your excitement!
