    A bit better than I remember from last time I had it. Well balanced flavors of pumpkin, brown sugar, cinnamon, allspice, and nutmeg against a caramel and toasty/biscuit malt backbone. Balanced herbal/spice bitterness on the finish. Really good stuff.

    Glad this stuff is back again. Juicy tangerine, peach, pineapple, lemon zest, orange peel, and pine hops; balanced by chocolate, cocoa, toast, and light charred malts. Good amount of pine/roast bitterness on the finish; with a smooth and moderately sticky mouthfeel with light creaminess. Really good stuff as usual.

    So apparently it’s been 3 years since this was last brewed? This is just as damn good as I remember. Belgian stouts need to be more of a thing. Big flavors of dark chocolate, cocoa, coffee, molasses, and toasty/biscuit malts; balanced by raisin, plum, cherry, clove, light pepper, and light banana yeast ester flavors. Very smooth and creamy finish. Nice balanced yeast spice/roast bitter finish. I need to go buy more of this.

    Last bottle of the 4 pack I bought, still tasting outstanding! Big juicy mango, pineapple, peach, grapefruit, lemon/orange peel, and pine; with moderate honey/bready malt sweetness and balance pine/grassy bitterness. Moderately creamy/sticky mouthfeel and very smooth finish for the ABV. Best by date is coming up in a few days, but this is still tasting awesome.

    Summer's gone, and this is the last of my home-infused Edmund Fitzgerald Bourbon-Barrel Vanilla and Coffee Bean Porter. The coffee and vanilla flavors are subtle, the bourbon quite prominent. Surprisingly oaky and bitter finish, and that's where the coffee comes through. Thinking about infusing an imperial stout next time. (Gosh, is it winter already?)
