In every single post of yours in this thread you've spelled palate wrong, it's starting to get really annoying.

I can have the same beer in consecutive days and have it taste different each day, even with the most consistent beers. You're likely experiencing differences in Enjoy By for a myriad of reasons mentioned above, not because it's a different recipe every time. What you ate that day, how tired you were, how hydrated you were, how the bottle was treated, etc.

You have whatever experiences you've had with Enjoy By. Good for you. There are hundreds of beers I've had on numerous occasions that have never resulted in pour outs. People can keep saying Stone is infallible, but I'm done trying something that results in pour outs. I stated that in my previous post, and I'm done in here. Its gotten off topic (i've contributed to that)

Way better than I thought it would be, best IPA of 2015 so far, IMO.

Had it on tap in San Diego a couple of weeks back and picked up a bottle while there. It was stellar, with a fresh, even pungent hop character. It reminded me of the best of the Enjoy by series. Haven't seen any here in Tucson, would definitely pick up some more if I could.

Got my hands on it over the weekend, as always, a great tasting Stone brew!

Seen it around, haven't tried, maybe I'll pick it up next time I see it. Love Enjoy By but some of Stone's other IPAs have not really impressed me.

Enjoyed this one last night. I thought it was very smooth, tropical hops, and the 8+ ABV is very well hidden by the great hoppy flavor. I haven't had Enjoy By since April, but Ruinten and this one good reminders of Stone's ability with hops. Would love to see more 12oz Enjoy By in NY next spring

Had a pint of this the other night and I hought it was outstanding! A delicious mix of in-your-face tropical fruit and classic Stone dankness. One of the better DIPAs I've had this year - to be clear, I am a tropical fruit person for these hop varieties, only getting onion in Mosaic and occasionally Summit.

I second the thought of it as the best IPA in '15!!!

I did enjoy it...very much. However, I will say that the more Stone I have, the more I see the house similarities. The flavor variance (at least to my palette) is pretty minimal among their IPAs. I do like them, the dankness and spicy quality are really appealing. I just feel like the flavor similarities almost overshadow the subtle differences in hop varietals. Just my opinion, as and as I usually say, I wouldn't put much stock in it...

I grabbed two for the name alone. Love ac/dc. Brought them over to my buddy's hous who is also an ac/doc fanatic. I like stone, but I usually don't drop $9 for a bomber (for that matter not a big bomber buyer). But the name hooked me. BTW, thought it was real solid, not sure it was worth $9, but regardless I enjoyed it.

I definitely see your point. I think they aim to start with that dankness as a base, and build by adding variation in the other flavors - tropical in this one, piney bitterness in Ruination, and so on. Also just my opinion, and I'm not a huge Stone fan.

Yes, I typed palette. I know the difference between palette and palate...but I can not be held responsible for my actions while consuming a DIPA, attempting to write a paper, and carrying on a fairly deep conversation with my wife concurrently. I would edit the post, but that option expired. My shame will live on...

Bashing IPAs this good just makes me think you don't like hops. Saying Stone IPAs don't have a large flavor variance just makes me think you don't like hops... Or have had like 2 or 3 coincidentally similar (read: your innocent palate was overwhelmed by a particular flavor, so didn't notice the huge variance, like people who havent yet passed the bitterness hurdle for IPAs) stone IPAs and like quick judgments.

I mean, not liking Stone doesnt mean you have bad taste. Like what you like. Claiming to appreciate hops and thinking all stone IPAs taste the same means you're deluded, and when we get right down to it, disliking the hop flavor of these beers really does mean that you probably just arent that into hoppy beer.

If you see a variant of this beer with finger limes added, make sure you try it. Even better than the normal version.

I couldn't disagree more. I almost exclusively drink IPA and pales, with only a small % of my consumption including stouts. Not only was I unimpressed by this beer, but I do get similarities across the stone line. Due to this, I don't like hoppy beer? Blanket statements are almost always wrong, as is the case here.

The highest score on any beer is what, 4.65 or so? So it stands to reason that at least a few people have a dissenting opinion on every beer in existence. There are people who don't like Pliny, Heady etc. Those represent more of an outlier opinion than those that don't like 19th, as the 19th rating is quite a bit lower.

Some of my favorite beers are from Knee Deep, and I usually hear people say kd is overly hopped.

19th is an imperfect beer. Contrary opinions shouldn't be labeled simply as "you don't like hoppy beer"
