Hit up Whole Foods and Spec's today. Nothing fancy, but still some good brews.

Elissa IPA (day to day beer)
Nelson IIPA (new to me...great price)
Choc Oak Yeti (also new to me, but I've had the other variations on Yeti)
Boxer's Revenge (batch #2...glad to have found another bottle)
2x Black Metal Imperial Stout (the retired original recipe, which i prefer to the farmhouse version)

Got a back from a trip to Mexico City and managed to bring a few brews back. Of course, no trip to Mexico is complete without some Tequila. Did get stopped by customs on my way back, held in a room for over 30 minutes thinking they were not pleased with all the alcohol I brought back, but it was all due to a case of mistaken identity.

 

One can do beer pong with a 3L Consecration? OMG, I'm in LOVE. Beer pong with rare large format sours > all other pongs.

 

Went to San Diego last month, and picked up some things not available in Texas. Had to wait for it to be driven to me, so just got it yesterday. Nothing earth shattering, but great stuff I can't otherwise get a hold of.

Not really an impressive haul, just ran 20min across the border to NC to grab some goodies I've never tried that for some reason don't make it here to my area of VA.

 

An order came in from letspour. I haven't had any of these before so I'm looking forward to it.

That Wit is my favorite beer The Commons has bottled so far. The Block 15's are'nt too shabbe either. Nice haul.

 

I'm a big fan of The Commons, and yeah, that wit was nice to drink yesterday. Glad I was able to get the Block 15's, but almost want to drive down to Beermongers on Thursday for their release event just because of the tap list they are going to have. Super Nebula and Imagine, sounds good to me.

 

Going camping this weekend. Fremont in cans = best thing ever.
