I like to give engineers a hard time. My dad is an electrical engineer, my father in law is a civil engineer and I work with a bunch on a daily basis as an urban planner.
Girlfriend and I are flying Southwest. Pack all of our stuff in a big ass duffel bag, and bring along 3 12-shippers for take home bottles. (and I would imagine to bring bottles to share during the weekend)
Yeah but he'll be unaware of the problem until he is lifted out by some sort of lego-erector set-duct tape crane which is counterbalanced with two german shepherds and a 4-pack of Heady.
Or a couple of bottle shippers! Not sure if it is just me, but those Trillium bottles are INSANELY well priced. My fave brewery in MA...yes, over Tree House! But very close!
Those treehouse prices tho. Get past the initial buttfuck of paying $6 a growler then everything is pretty much $8 a 750. Even Good Morning is only $12 which is mind blowing with how much syrup that has to go into that stuff. Purchase limits are drastically better at Trillium and you're typically in and out in 10-15 minutes unlike the 2 hours a typical Treehouse excursion requires.
How many Urban Planners does it take to change a light bulb? Ten. Eight to write a report recommending installation of a three-way, 100/200/250 watt lightbulb, one to write an editorial praising the study, and one to screw in a 10 watt bulb instead.
Me trying to figure out who the hell my sender is 3 times I've made a list and scratched every single name off, I'm an idiot.
Ok folks, sorry about with holding the pROn, I do apologize for doing that to you. I've seen so pretty bad-ass boxes flying around in this BIF and I tell you what, this @Amarangakis character .................. Absolutely fucking knocked it out of the part, this box should definitely be in consideration for top of the list in this BIF. First of all it was expertly packaged, love the box and the set-up and I might even be using this one when I ship to my target next week. Let's start with these: Firestone Walker Tit-tay - Sweet glass, can't wait to use this one (more on that later). Almanac Dogpatch Sour/Heriloom Pumpkin/Farmer's Reserve Pluot - All wants or should be wants. Have had a few Almanac bottles but gave them away, will be drinking these. The Heirloom Pumpkin will be consumed at @Mipper pumpkin themed tasting on 9/17. Then there's more bottles: Noble Ale Works Citra Showers - Big time want, this will be consumed real soon. Beachwood Mocha Machine - Should have been a want, right up my alley. FW Barrelworks Feral One (Batch 1!) & Bretta Rose - Wants, my first FW Barrelworks beers! Lost Abbey Framboise de Amoro - Should be a want, sounds tasty! Oh but wait, there's more: Alpine Duet & Pure Hoppiness - Awesome beers, glad to have some more. FW Parabola/Sucaba/Helldorado - All big time wants! Modern Times Fruitlands/Mega Black House - Both sound tasty, especially excited about the Mega Black House. Group Shot: Roll that beautiful beer footage. Stunned by this box, a true representation of Cali brews, thanks so much @Amarangakis!
Anxiously and paitiently awaiting my box! I still have no clue who my sender is. And yes, well done @Amarangakis ! Making us Californians look good!
I think I recognize these boxes from a previous picture. I'll get them opened up and a haul post done later tonight after the little guy goes to bed.
