I do generally agree, but there is something to be said about just hanging out at home drinking a beer when you want it, and not planning around it being on tap/wondering if it will kick etc...especially given the demand that this beer seems to have. I'm sure I'll try some on tap at some point, but nice to know that I have cans in the fridge I can open during Sunday football.

 

let's get back to talking about what's really important. namely, how I can acquire a case of Psychokinesis?!

Holiday Beverage got it in yesterday around 2. I got there as they were starting to pack out the fresh delivery. 2 can limit on Afterimage at 4.99 a can. Also grabbed super symmetry and a bottle of rainbow dome that they still had 5-6 of on the shelf

 

Me too! Was in Cable Beverage on Sunday and asked about them getting Grimm beers. Said they haven't seen any in a while. So I'm not hopeful. Wish they would get maybe a keg for growler fills. I'll just have to wait a month or two when I am able to get into Other Half and grab a pint of it somewhere.

Yep. WF Chelsea has 4-packs $20 and change after tax. Probably won't last long, not out on the shelves. I half-heartedly went to Milk and Hops and not surprisingly, they were out. Great day for a walk, though.

Anyone see this around LI? I've called several places and they all have said it hasn't hit the Island yet. However, CBC seems to have gotten a case. I wonder if one case is all that is making its way out here? That'd be a bummer.

Edit: On another note - I'm drinking my first bottle of Super Symmetry. Wonderful beer! Another home run by Grimm. I wish I had a bottle of Super Going to compare side-by-side.

 

This is a wow for me. I'm kinda cross posting from WBAYDN but the pineapple, mango, passion fruit is amazing going down. It's a bit thin, DIPA wise, IMO, but to complain about how easy to drink this is would be dumb. Nice dank citric smell. Well done @Grimm_Artisanal_Ales top notch.

Can kind of reminds me of The Police's original Every Breath You Take album cover too.

And agreed, would be insane to have Super Going, Psychokinesis, and Super Symmetry together. Imagine a cuvee of the three...

 

This is a great idea. I have a bottle of Super Going that I held onto, and a bottle of Super Symmetry, but I highly doubt there are any bottles of Psychokinesis left out there. I still have a bottle of Rainbow Dome though - maybe that can sub in.

 

According to BeerMenus, there seems to be bottles on Long Island, Queens, and BK.

Thinking about it, I'm going to start what you're doing. I'll definitely get a Super Symmetry to hold onto for this purpose.

 

I definitely plan on stopping by next time im in the area. I have project sites all over the island and the next few weeks I'm way out in Southold. Hopefully soon!

 

At Sour'd I tried a mix of Super Symmetry and Pyschokinesis in one taster. It was fantastic.
