I really enjoyed it! They just released two more. How many bottles of Nepenthes Hydromelita do you have?

    Reviews:

Very nice Dortmunder. Good head retention, with some spotty lacing down the glass as you go. Aromas and flavors of cracker, biscuit, and light honey; balanced by herbal/grass/light peppery hop notes. Light-moderate herbal/spicy bitterness; with well balanced malt and hop flavors; along with bitterness/sweetness. Medium carb/body; fairly crisp with some light malt creaminess and hop stickiness in the mouthfeel. Super clean with no yeast ester or off flavors. A nice surprise, this was delicious. Their Vienna lager was a bit of a mess that I had a few weeks ago, but this is very well done all around.

Very nice spiced rye ale. Great head retention and dense soapy lacing. Aromas were a bit weak, but well balanced. Aromas and flavors of lemon, coriander, orange peel, toasted bread, lightly spicy rye, light caramel, and herbal/grassy hop earthiness. Light herbal/spicy bitterness on the finish. Very well balanced spice/malt/hop flavors; with a good bitterness balance against a light-ish body. Very flavorful for the ABV though, some slight bready creaminess in the mouthfeel from Munich malts. Very smooth and fairly crisp, light-moderate dryness after the finish. Very clean and balanced all around. I am getting some slight suggestions of English ale yeast, touch of fruitiness/earthiness, but it's very well hidden. (it would make sense though, seeing as they always have lower attenuation). Very impressive and delicious for an ale of 4.5%.

Very nice DIPA. Aromas and flavors of grapefruit, tangerine, peach, pineapple, lemon zest, orange peel, pepper, and pine; with moderate malts of honey, light caramel, and toasted bread with floral/grassy hop earthiness. Moderate pine/spicy bitter finish; well balanced juicy hops and malt flavors; with a good malt/bitterness balance as well. Very smooth medium-full bodied; with moderate hop stickiness and light creaminess in the mouthfeel. Light-moderate dryness from bitterness after the finish. Well hidden ABV with low warming lingering. I really enjoyed this one all around. This was was fairly restrained on the maltiness vs their Rye DIPA earlier this year. Nice and juicy/hoppy flavors all around.

Very nice. Not as much pucker as I like but the fruit doesn't over power which I like even more. Great synergy of sour + barrel + fruit.

I think I went Zombie Dust, 4 Beans, Sam Adams Pumpkin, then All Day IPA. Followed by a glass of dry red wine.

Closing the night out with a classic. TNF turning out to be pretty boring (unless you're a suffering G-Men fan). Loving the Cincinatti/Memphis tilt over on ESPN tho. SNPA and a few glasses of bourbon and I'm gonna sleep like a dead hooker (minus the claw hammer hanging out of my skull). Enjoy your night. See yuz tomorrow. Cheers.
