Didn't see them on the shelf; they're probably being held in the back.

They also have single bottles of Bell's Hell Hath No Fury -- $4.99 per.

They are sold out last I checked. There were a decent number of bottles there on Thursday but not sure when it all sold out.

Damn. Has anyone else seen this recently anywhere else in VA, besides Westover? I'm sure those price gougers over there are selling those for +$20.

I think they were selling FtF for $16.99, not a huge markup. I think VM was $24.99.

TW Alexandria is doing 32 oz fills of Hardywood Gingerbread Stout (2014) starting at 6. They're ticketing fills. They also have Mo and Sexual Chocolate on for fills.

Did anyone else grab VM or helldorado at P Street WF? They are charging $31.99 for VM. Helldorado was $15.99, which is where they normally price the FW reserve series. I was very confused as other whole foods were charging in the $15 range for VM and I haven't seen it above $20 anywhere. I told the cashier it must have been mispriced and Randy came to check on it. He noted that the $32 was accurate because FW charged him the same price as last year for 6 bottles instead of 12. As always, he was cool about it and I didn't argue as I already have a bottle and what can you do. Something went wrong with their order this year, apparently. Just curious if it rang up the same for everyone else?

Its basically an IPA as far as importance of freshness, in my opinion. Its great fresh, but it loses its magic quick. It still tastes like a gingerbread stout, but when its fresh it really is like eating a christmas cookie.

I am not a big milk stout fan in general, but I have had it fresh and aged and it is by far "more to description" if I could say when fresh.

Had a 2014 bottle of GBS back in the Spring, thought it was really good and kept a lot of the ginger...still have a 2013, not sure why, just haven't opened it.

Looking forward to this years release.

    Resolute release as well.

This happened to me as well. I asked the cashier to confirm the price and he did, and I was in a hurry to get somewhere so bought it and didn't really think about it until later. I'm sure this is the distributor's issue, not the store. If they could somehow delay Helldorado for two months, they can get the price wrong on the other release.

Just picked up bottles of Velvet Merkin and Helldorado at Schneider's. It was $37 combined after tax for the two bottles, so no outrageous VM price like WF is apparently charging. I might've grabbed the last bottle of Helldorado, unfortunately.

This seems to happen occasionally at WF P Street. I love Randy so this is not meant to be anything but factual: when King Henry came out years ago, he was selling regular BCS for a very reasonable price but King Henry for like $10 more than other stores were. When I asked him why, he said, "Because I can." Fair enough.
