Pretty sure Reforged was brewery only.

 

As far as anyone knows, Reforged is brewery-only & tickets were purchased through Brown Paper Tickets for brewery pick-up only.

There have been a few Alesmith beers that were assumed to be brewery-only that have hit distribution in a very limited way (BA Wee Heavy, & I believe BA Speedway Stout), but I would assume that Reforged will not hit distribution. That said, if you are going & look me up at Darkness Day, I may be able to slip you a sip or two.

if you are looking for Todd, plenty of it at Andys and Apollo. 7/20 and 7/21 cans. both had TGB, no Sue though.

saw some CW BB Barleywine at Andy's Express. also had two bottles of Schell's Framboise du Nord, some Black Butte XXVI, and some BB Buffalo Sweat.

I've been out of town far too much lately & haven't seen anything about Black Butte XXVII or Bell's 30th. Have either of these reached MN yet?

 

xxvii was in wisconsin last week. havent seen either in MN.

So I saw that Mankato Brewery's Pumpkin Grinder won silver for pumpkin beer at GABF - I've seen Organ Grinder plenty, but anyone got a line on the Pumpkin Grinder in the Minneapolis 'hood yet?

 

I live in Mankato and it has been in some of there 12 pack samplers. Should have a sticker on the outside of the box signifying that it is Pumpkin Grinder in the box. Pretty sure the last trip I made to the Twin Cities area (last Friday) I did see some of said samplers. It's good stuff in my opinion.

 

they're selling singles and 4-packs (limit 1) there.

novelty factor aside, it's kind of a boring brew.
