Went to Laurelwood Sellwood but missed the Nugget...booked it to Breakside & filled up (again) on FH Mosaic. Not disappointed they charge $18...more for me.

Had Anacortes' FH pale tonight at Last Drop tonight. Good stuff, lots of mango.

Stopped into Crux tonight to drop off some beers for a buddy, and tried the Mo Fresh Hop (essentially FH Half Hitch). Holy cow, it's the most fruit cuppy FH I've ever had. Took home the Sisters Golden Bunny at the festival today.

Have Santiam Hoppy Froppy and Silver Moon Hopopotamus on deck in Crowlers.

Can't wait for some Mo Fresh Hop. It's the FH Half Hitch that I was talking about earlier. My parents picked up the Mosaics and ran them down to Larry and Co. at Crux earlier this month. My mom drank a TON of it today.

had the manny's last night and it was fantastic. according to georgetown's web-site, they have 6 fresh hopped beers being released this year. bringing the freshies strong.

the FH free range red is also tasting rad.

Enjoying a pint of Sodbusting III: The Rise of Simcoe, a fresh hop pale ale (5.6% abv), at Gigantic. (Also enjoying the cool sunny weather as I put some miles on the bike.)

Gigantic's Sodbuster II Simcoe Boogalo last year was fantastic.

A growlito of that Gigantic fresh hop ale is coming home with me. Really wish I'd brought a full-size growler.

Out for chores but swooped in to Gigantic for a Sodbusted III & filled the aux growler w/ it. Nice hop profile w/ a malt-balanced finish. A bit out of my wheelhouse, but good beer.

Did you get a chance to try either the cruxtennial or the Crux-O-Rillo? I thought both beers were excellent, and loved the fact that the abv. for both beers was quite reasonable (6%). The cruxtennial might be the juiciest beer I've ever had. It was incredible!

Cruxtennial was my first FH beer this year, and it was my favorite until the Mosaic at FH #20. I much prefer 5-6% to the Mosaic's 10%, but the Mosaic was just swimming in fresh hop character. Also had Cruxarillo and Off the Fence, but they just didn't do it for me this year.

Parents got me mini growlers of Cruxarillo, Mo Fresh Hop and Cruxtennial. So excited.

Breakside Fresh Hop Mosaic: Fantastic, I'd drink it all day. My favorite of the year so far.
Fresh Hop Semper Fi: Not bad, tasted like a normal Fat Head's IPA
Pfriem Fresh Hop Simcoe: Really good, not much aroma but the taste is great.

I'm still waiting to try Fresh Hop Workhorse (my favorite) this year, and hoping to try Fresh Hop Pallet Jack for the first time!

Walked into the NW Growlers in Sherwood last week and watched the keg of Breakside FH Mosaic blow as I sat down at the bar. Missed the Simcoe by a few hours at another spot. Some day I'll get to try one of these.

I'm almost positive that the Breakside Mosaic FH that we tapped yesterday is officially the fastest keg we've ever kicked that wasn't tied to a special event like CBC. Tapped at noon, and kicked by 9:30pm. :grimacing:

    reubens just released two:
    fresh hop amarillo pale ale
fresh hop centennial pale ale (draft only)

digging the centennial, tastes like orange juice.

Not never...Milwaukie had it still ($18 tag may help) Saturday. I got two growlers of it last week...it was not near the 1st Simcoe (unfiltered) Breakside, but damn good!

Willamette tossing up some early frontrunners (OR)...if your Breakside Simcoe was filtered, I'm sorry you missed the best version:

If they showcase 2 Crystal Ballroom offerings, I hesitate to weigh their opinion, beyond the unfiltered Breakside (it is the best, by far, of my tastings).
