    Good Sunday morning, BA's

    Still cool and dreary looking here this morning, but only slight chance of rain....hoping to get out for a brisk fall hike today!
    Yesterday was productive......got many things checked off my list....including setting up more beer glass shelving....whew!

    This beer is pretty freakin' delicious! Hoof Hearted is rocking it!

    Celebrating our 6 year anniversary the right way, with glasses purchased from a local bar back when we lived in Michigan for another anniversary, and with a beer that was one of the original whales when we first hopped on board the BA train.

    Finished the FIS a little while ago and drank a glass of water. Have to keep hydrated and detoxify, dont'cha know?. Starting breakfast right now; Strata in ramekins that were prepped yesterday.

    My sister was nice enough to bring me a HUGE goody box from Texas last month. :grinning: I just opened this one, and it's definitely over-carbonated. Even using an easy pour, about 1/5th ended up on the brickwork. It just exploded out of the glass. :slight_frown:

    Letting (encouraging) the wife to sleep on this fine brisk football morning. Enjoying a Fidy while I feed the kiddies and soak up some early NFL action. Gonna be heading to a friends 2yr olds B-Day party later today. Thank god her father happens to like "decent" beer and football. Here's to another Football Sunday...Americas "real" pastime.     Interesting. I use an aggressive pour and only got about 3 cm of head -guess there may be a batch to batch or even bottle to bottle variation.
