    I'm about to head into work, but before I go watch my beloved Sharks kick the Kings ass tonight, I'm headed to Beachwood Brewing for their Sour Festival. This is the line up.

    Shaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrkkkksss + hockey night + craft beer = drunk and happy fury.

    This is intriguing. Feel free not to answer this if it's a "trade secret" or something, but how do you get to 30.5%? Fortification with bourbon? It looks and sounds delicious - and dangerous.

    I just use a lot of high alcohol tolerant yeast and try my best to keep it healthy, amongst other things! I've posted about it in detail over in the homebrew forum, too.

    Nice! She has a lovely smile just like my wife when she’s helping me with a beer photo too…..it’s what I call the tricky Doberman Pinscher smile, which means, “You owe me mister."
