    You don't need a clam gun to hunt for geoducks. Show up with a clam gun and the locals will know you're from Washington and likely bringing non-rar beer with you.

    Lots of Oysters Rockefeller recipes include cheese. Sometimes multiple cheeses. I say you keep that oyster nachos dream alive, brother.

    Pair them with a bright, citrusy IPA , or a nice tart and dry wild saison, to cut through the richness.

    Visiting Portland without a car. If I take the bus to Tillamook in the morning, what is the best way to get back to Portland in the evening? (Pretty sure there is no bus from Tillamook back to Portland in the afternoon)

    Every time i am in Tillamook i have the kid so no beer adventure for me :slight_frown:.
    Nice town..if your tired of the Tillamook Cheese factory crowds try Blue Heron just down the road towards town.
    Mostly brie and the like but nice. They do a great cheese and meat plate for a reasonable price.

    @deGardebrewing A family member will be in Tillamook in a couple weeks. I am sending them down there with $60 bucks or so. What do I tell them to pick up?
