    Walking distance to Staples Center. Will be great to have a pre-game spot other than Yard House.

    Although I don't particularly care for the SF one, I'll check this one out and give it a whirl. Regardless, more craft beer in LA is always a good thing. Looks like Modern Times will have a neighbor

    As for Mikkeller. so it'll have to be less than S.F. location cost wise, cause, I mean, you don't have S.F. price justifications to go off on, right?

    The area they are looking to put the Mikkeller in is PRIME real estate in south park area of DTLA. 700k-1+mil condo units are being built up right now.

    I stopped going to the SF one because they charge $14 for 8oz pours of their Spontan beers and other sours they have on tap. Hopefully for you guys down in SoCal it's cheaper.

    Sounds great, but wish these places would open somewhere between the financial district and Staples. This location will have a hard time catching the lunch and midweek, happy hour crowd. I would love to take out customers and expense, but their location is quite a walk and limited parking. I've been to the SF location and it's got a great vibe and above-average brews on tap. I'll definitely hit this place up, but a lot less frequent because of the location.
