Looks like that is what you mean. They love their milds - the first year I stewarded, Jake Ocque's dark mild won Best of Show & went on to be brewed by Rivertowne. Damn tasty beer, great with breakfast.

That same beer won Gold at NHC that year. The sessionable award is the BOS of session beer, the actual BOS winner with a Belgian Dark Strong with Saffron or something like that. I did not try the Mild but heard it was great. Judged Scottish, Irish, and Brittish Dark, and then American Wild Ales. Probably the best flights I have judged in a competition, really good time.

Andy Weigel won Turtle Creek for taking the most points in the competition. We will be brewing a beer of his choice in the very near future as part of his prize for winning.

They are up in like New Castle area if I'm not mistaken. I think @KevBot89 talked about them here and there but I don't remember anything, either positive or negative. Kevin can help us out.

KevBot89, who used to post in this thread, brought an early batch of their stuff to the Gratitude release earlier this year. I think that he is friends / on the ins with the people who run Crooked Tongue. The beer that I sampled was pretty tasty from what I remember.

Edit: Mikey beat me to the punch.

I've heard of Crooked Tongue. Met the owner once at an event. Good dude. Only have had on of his beers though. It was a mango hibiscus pale that was pretty tasty. I'd like to make the trek out there one of these days.

Had a good time in Pittsburgh this weekend. Was able to find enough time for an IP trade with @shuggy. Cracked one of his IPAs this past weekend, and it was very good! 90% of homebrew IPAs I have - even from people I consider to be good brewers - are not good. This one was.

Didn't make it to Roundabout, but I had some good beer and, suprisingly, food at HO1KB.

I was skeptical about the love that Draai Laag's sours were getting around here. I assumed they were like the majority of other American sours (just sour, no depth). But the La Pienture I had surprised me. Not too sour. Nice funk. Well made beer. Look forward to trying more of their beer.

Edit: Also had a couple beers that did alright in the TRASH competition. Have never made the actual banquet, but this is one of the only homebrew comps I like to send beers to.

Anyone care to make a guess whether or not the Caution! bottles will sell out today? I have no idea how fast it went last year.

I'd be very surprised. A) Its a monday. B) It's not a style people get hard over. I however do. C) It seems like there is a decent amount.

Hope you're right, don't think I'll be able to make it out there until tomorrow.

It sold out in 2 days last year. But that was at 1 location (Meadville only). 520-ish bottle count last year.

I am going to try to get down there after work today. If I do I will try to get a feel for how many cases they have.

Caution! will be on draft as well tonight. I am heading up there at 5:30ish if anyone else is planning on swinging by.

The line is crazy here already.
They were giving out tickets last night at Bens game night.
    I can't wait to get a growler/flight.
    It was better last year.

I heard the admins made a last minute change, & that instead Hitchhiker will be brewing a collab with whoever scored 3rd place BOS.

A friend of mine was in town for a wedding this weekend. He's in Harrisburg at the moment and a fellow enthusiast. He's my Pizza Boy hook up. I had previously sent him a handful of growlers from BG that he was pretty impressed by so he wanted to stop by on Sunday and check it out. We got there and had a few beers and he filled up 4 or so 750s. The Wet Hopped CPA was great but not dissimilar from the standard CPA. The new Nelson pale was nice but the weakest of the 3 single hop pales (CPA and MOMO were better imo). As he was filling the growlers, we were BSing with the bartender. We said how much we liked the Citra Saison and he runs in the back quick and brings him an unlabeled Citra Saison with brett to take home and 2 tasters of the Skeuomorph which is a Belgian Strong Pale aged in Apple Brandy barrel that has a lot of potential. I really can't say enough good things about them at this point from the quality of the beer to the service they provide to customers. I spend more money there than I'd care to tally up and will continue to. Keep it up, guys.

Did you have them side-by-side? I definitely noticed a difference - more harshness/astringency from the wet-hopped, but also more flavor, with a little kind of creamsicle twist. Both very good. Also had the Mexican Coffee & Mr. Automatic - gotta say the latter was my favorite of them all, really well done porter.
