Ha, I visit Tillamook once a year and stop in at DeGarde for beer, The Big Cheese Factory for ice cream and Blue Heron for cheese plus a MYO 6 pack of local beer. Totally worth the slight side trip on the way to the coast.

    This.

Just to clarify, it's not as if dG has any core beers. So there's no way to know what will be on offer when your family member stops by, or what the purchase limits will be. So yes... just tell him to pick up whatever is available.

Yup, give them a budget and a number of bottles. Typically 2-4 options to go, usually with bottle limits.

Just make sure they leave the clamgun in the car. There's laws about that sort of thing.

Allow me to be the first to ask... Does anyone have an extra ticket for the next release party? It sold out in 45 minutes. Why the heck did tickets go on sale at 8am on a Sunday?

I believe they are not transferable.

They were last time, so I'm just assuming they will be again. Could be wrong. Either way, it's my own fault for being a dumbass and not setting an alarm. Note to self: no bottle shares on de Garde ticket eve.

They're not transferable. I got two tickets this morning for my dad and a friend. At 8am there was 187 tickets, when I was done placing the order it was down to 55. I sat around and refreshed watching the number go down. It was down to 11 left in 25 minutes. It actually jumped back up a couple times, people's orders must have timed out or something.

I also missed the sale. I should've set a reminder on my calendar. My friends are going and I'm super bummed. They are planning a share at Shilo since the Mar Clair is gone. I might just tag along anyway and try to get lucky

Good to know. You wouldn't happen to have the ticket purchase site would you? :-)

If we didn't max out our Member's tickets yet, can we purchase additional ones on Thursday or at they strictly for non-members at this point? (Yeah I know, some of my people are flakey.)

Maybe I'm an idiot but I keep reading this...

PURCHASE OF A RESERVATION DOES NOT CONSTITUTE OR INVOLVE THE SALE OF BOTTLES.

So I can go the day of without a ticket and still get bottles? Reservations are just to get into Tasting Room/Brewery to drink?

Reading the ticket page is the simplest thing ever however it made my head hurt....

I'm pretty sure that it means that your $15 reservation doesn't also pay for bottles. There will be an available allotment (or however much you want of it,) but your reservation is totally separate from that transaction.

They are available to anyone who missed the first sale. That includes a lot of members.
