It seems to be coming back around. Just paid $16.99 for a sixer in Wayne Co.

Really an amazing beer. If you've drank only one and thought it was good, but not great, you're doing yourself a disservice (I thought the same after the first of the 6pk). I'm four deep into my first 6pk and it has gotten better and better every damn time.

And I think, fresh, this is heads and shoulders better than fresh Expedition. I'd go so far as to say 30th Anni, fresh, is as good, if not better, than 3yr aged Expedition. This is an exceptional imperial stout. No, it's not going to stun you with an experience you've never had before, but if you're paying attention, it'll show you an experience you have had before, perfected.

I had my first over the weekend and was somewhat unsure if it'd be up my alley, but I thought it was fantastic. I've only had Expedition once, about 6 months ago, but off the top of my head I think 30th Anniversary is way better for my tastes. I have 5 Expedition from 2014 left and still a 6 pack of 30th Anniversary, so I may need to try them both at the same time in the near future.

Saw it today for $4.99 for a single. Couldn't do it for that price.

Grabbed 2 at the TW in NN.

The funny thing is that I received one in a trade yesterday before I went.

Looks like stores in MI are getting the second wave. Bells seems to be doing that with the big releases, pretty sure Hopslam hit stores 2-3 times earlier this year, at least in MI.

Picked some up in KY for $11.19 a six pack. The price and the beer both blew my mind.

Umm, $11.19, that's gotta be a pricing mistake and I'm jealous. And double umm, who said it was barrel aged?

Had a back to back with Expedition. 30th anny wins.

Never had the Kalamazoo stout, is it like a lower abv expedition or basically a whole different beer?

All around different. A more basic stout but very very good.

Can't wait to grab more 30th. Amazing beer. Just fantastic.
