finally finally finally got my hands on FatHeads Hop Stalker wet hop ipa. and it did not disappoint. It is exactly what I wanted it to taste and smell like. dank and resinous and so damn good. I am going to buy all of this I can get my greedy little mits on. to hell with the rest of you. lol

Sorry to butt in, but the GF had it on tap, then bought a bomber, so she says go for it. We both recall it being a little sweet, but not overpoweringly so. I thought in my couple sips that it was more of a novelty beer, but wouldn't discourage you if you're adventurous. If you like your beers more straightforward, might not work for you. But if you're even considering a carrot cake beer, I gotta figure...
