Was at a local shop and saw a few cases of 2010 Matilda bombers. I frequent this place and thought it was odd that these just showed up. Has anyone else seen these floating around chicago?
Beer Temple got a Bunch of 2010 and 2008 Matilda 12oz bottles awhile back. Also all those old GI Nightstalkers were around for a bit too. My guess the Distribute had some laying around in some dusty corner.
About a year ago Goose Island switched distributors. The new company sent out all the old bottles that were being saved. I was lucky enough to snag a Bramble Rye which was consumed on Christmas. Merry Christmas to me!
Yeah, last year I stumbled upon a place by me that got a case of 2012 BC Coffee bombers randomly. Needless to say, I did my part and took one of their hands.
100% accurate here, my buddy scored 2 Brambles at that time and gave one to me as a gift as a "I'm sure you've been wanting this" kinda thing. The favor has been repaid ten-fold.
