The coffee stout is awesome. I liked the Snow Wit too, and Torpedo I think is one of their best core products.

I picked one up in NC two weeks ago. Had a packaged on date of 9/30/15.

It's just not worth it to me when half the case are yearly release brews.

Gets people to buy it for the beers they are familiar with, also hoping they will enjoy the new ones.

    At least I'd imgine so

Well, I love Torpedo and their PA. Haven't had the other two, so I'm looking forward to this. The Fall pack kicked ass, I thought.

Far be it from me to criticize SN, but both Torpedo and PA in a variety pack is a tiny bummer. I really like both though, so havIng a few more of those on the house is never a problem.

Really excited about the other two though. I may be in the minority, but I really like white IPAs.

It goes for the same price as all their 12 packs, regular or seasonal. At least around here. It's all good beer. If they charged a premium for the two specialties, I'd think twice, but I think it's a fair price for 12 darn good brews. I'd sure like to see the coffee stout along side the 6's of regular stout, which is also excellent. Maybe they figure both wouldn't sell like that. Whatever, the coffee is a yearly treat. I can live with that. Good enough to buy two of them. Agree on the wit ipa. Good times 4.

Hey, I just noticed I lost my "subsciber" moniker. I still get the mag, and, btw bros, I like the gals on the cover instead of the scraggly dude this month.

Didn't last year have the Porter in it also instead of Torpedo? That was awesome. This will still be a staple for me though as I love PA and Torpedo. :grinning:

I think I'll pass this year. I'm disappointed there is no Ruthless Rye, and I didn't like the Snow Wit very much last year.

I love all things Sierra Nevada and I'm one of their biggest fans on this site, but this isn't something I'll buy. Pale Ale and Torpedo are both awesome, but I'm not shelling out mix pack money for three of each. Snow Wit wasn't a beer I was that into. So I'd really be buying it for the stout. If I had my way, they'd 86 the Pale Ale and Wit in favor of Flipside and their Porter. That'd be sick. Even if they just ditched the Wit for the porter, that'd get my dime.

What (nonmonetary) reason isn't the winter sampler coffee stout, snow wit, celebration and ruthless rye? Oh wait..:astonished:

I would love to see them do what Odell's does and release a mix pack without the flagship. But whatever.

Was just about to say the same thing. Why go the Sam Adams route and put in a beer you can buy by the case any time you want? Four new Sierra Nevada beers in the same box would be freaking awesome.

It's the same as last year's but I am still looking forward to getting it in the store. I really enjoy the Coffee Stout, and the other brews are great too.
