    Titan IPA (great divide) last night, to drown my Cubs-losin'-sorrows. Now it's my birthday and I must *sigh* drink wine - some 2000 Barolos to plow through tonight with some lamb shoulder. :wink: CHEERS all, back on the beer train tomorrow.

    You need to have your own Octoberfest to celebrate the harvest. An IPA is a good American Octoberfest choice.

    When I was a kid of 16 I owned an old comet. The hull number said it was built in 1903. I loved sailing that thing on the Chesapeake. There is nothing as calming as a light day and the quiet. And nothing quite as exciting as a 25 knot day.

    You know, just doing that Upstate Ny thing. Watching Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee & drinking great beer. There's no real funk in this batch... it's wild for sure, but just too clean.

    I want George Clinton in my mouth with some terrible descriptors. I want Kanye circa 2006. I want a horse taking a shit in some rubber gloves.

    I've gone too far, but sometimes I miss 2014.
