The Return of the 30 Days Rule - Possible Future Process Update

First, great move going back to the waiting period.

I'm sure the method invoked was likely the quickest/easiest to administer, and possibly code. But I am wondering if a possible future enhancement to this would be to make the 30-day wait begin once the user indicates their desire to trade and clicks on the agreement.

It seems to me that a good portion of these issues stem from people getting ahold of a hot release and then realizing they can trade with just a few clicks. While making a 30-day wait upon site registration for the BA keeps brand new folks from signing up and immediately trading, it feels like the "waiting period" may not be in the appropritate place for those who actively seek to trade and have been registered users of BA. This would actually work for new sign ups as well, since the check-point would be their clicking the agreement to abide by trading rules.

I know these things are all configurations or coding that take time and effort (and possibly $$$). Just trying to offer perspective that if we are trying to curb new traders from bending/breaking rules, placing the firewall after the trading agreement step would curb all folks that think they can trade the "whale of the day" on a whim (or whatever the case may be), not just people new to the site.
