There were plenty of people that had the issue, including myself. Omar even came on here to say one canning of run they had problems with.

Not trying to start anything, but if you go into a thread with the title of a beer just to say I'd prefer something else I think it's basically trolling at that point.

 

There was a discussion going on about how people don't like specific beer from their limited release. I was bouncing off of that. Want to call it trolling, go for it. It's not, but whatevs.

I also had no problem with my beer. Many did and there was even a response. I didn't think it was as huge an issue as other were making it, but it was still in fact an issue.

While we are on the topic of Surly bitching... For what it's worth I had 9/30 cans of furious last night that seemed lacking in carb. Didn't have that hissing pop when opened. My abrasive last year was perfect though...

Better. Way better. But I wasn't a fan of Axe Man in cans (draft was a different story). I know a couple of people ended up with 10/22/15 cans on Friday night...no need to buy any other hops during Abrasive season for me!

 

Does Surly sell bottles or growlers to go at the brewery? Since I'm not finding anything about it, my guess is no.

MN law doesn't allow it due to their size. There is a production limit where you can't do that anymore.

 

Sweet! I have a limited beer budget, so an $18 four pack of flat cans was depressing last go-round.

 

So, Abrasive hits stores today, but most stores are expecting their shipment tomorrow. Anyone know where to find it today?
