Someone should track down the opinion. I have a hunch that the opinion doesn't say that at all.

I don't really care. If anything I'm glad it was dismissed. The only real "winner" in most class action suits are the lawyers

I think the author doesn't interpret the ruling or its implications correctly.

All that happened really was that the judge said the plaintiffs failed to make a compelling case based on the evidence and arguments presented.

Nothing has changed from what we had before the suit was filed. But the plaintiffs do get to try again.

(Edit: Classic example of yellow journalism.)

I think misguided people overreached and it backfired on them.

Can we just get rid of the term "craft"? It's all just beer. Period.

At my part time job we sell really bad coffee, and they label it as "Fair trade organic locally roasted". Please use every hip adjective for this disgusting coffee.

New Dairy Queen commercial refers to their sandwiches as "artisanal". Wipe that word from whatever lexicon that demands fancy descriptors for food / beer......

Extreme artisanal small batch crafted corked and caged bourbon barrel limited edition Michelob Dark!

So the third definition of "craft" is as follows:

    - skill or ability used for bad purposes; cunning; deceit; guile.

Based on this definition, some may argue that calling Blue Moon or Shocktop "craft" beer is actually spot on.

They should add "farmhouse" to the descriptor - another term becoming bastardized.
